The US Immigration Foundation was founded by James Baker, who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and international tax specialist based in the U.S. He now serves as our Executive Director.

For over the past 10 years, James has been working with international businesses and their owners to help them take advantage of the expanding US economy. He has been providing his expertise in business through a variety of strategies to other companies for several years.

James and his team have created processes and systems that allow his clients to get started with their US companies and accept payments in as quickly as two weeks. His passion for helping others is what led him to create this non-profit.
